We currently are equipped to run dies up to 96" long in our 300 and 400-ton straight side presses. These presses are equipped with heavy-duty straighteners and twin reel material coil handling equipment.

 | Dove Die uses a direct computer controlled coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to provide consistent and reliable variable inspection data. Each part we produce requiring CMM data, has a program and holding fixture tailored specifically for it.

 | Your dies, gages and tooling are drawn using computer aided design (CAD) software for speed and accuracy. These files are forwarded to our tool room for required CAM processing and machining.
Dove's customer's benefit directly by our ability to use application software such as AutoCAD, AutoDesk Inventor, SolidWorks and BlankWorks to help concurrently design or refine designs on their parts and assemblies.
